The Spanish speaking Client Service Representative for the Intake Department handles the initial contact with new or prospective clients. The Intake Department begins the process of creating a case file and seamlessly transitions this through to the assigned attorney and legal assistant. Assist attorneys with the following:
- Communicate with Spanish speaking and English speaking clients
- Draft correspondence and documents using firm templates
- Assemble enclosures
- Request police accident reports
