Buffalo Law Firm Jobs – Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, planning, and posting engaging written, video, and photo content across various social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will attend events to capture content and ensure consistent brand identity across different social media channels.
Duties include:
• Create, plan and post engaging written, video, and photo content on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn
• Attend events and produce social media content in real-time, and post production; capturing images and videos in collaboration with the photo/video team
• Manage social media content calendar, ensuring that all content is posted on time and meets brand guidelines
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media channels when needed
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategy
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media channels, including voice, tone, and visual identity
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
