The Office Assistant works as the support staff for the Kolbe Department and other firm departments handling clerical duties and general office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extend outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with attorneys, colleagues, and management
  • Effectively utilize case management software to manage workload, document all work, and communicate with firm employees
  • Process outgoing mail for the firm for pick-up and delivery to the mailbox/post office
  • Handle office delivery and pick-up requests
  • Distribute all processed mail and facsimiles to the intended recipients according to established criteria
  • Scan and perform data entry
  • Coordinate payments for medical records
  • Organize and manage file storage
  • Assist other departments of the firm with general administrative duties as they arise
